About this Event
A beginner-friendly introduction to 9D Breathwork — a fully guided experience using headphones, layered spatial audio and spoken coaching to help your nervous system downshift, release stored stress, and reset.
No experience needed. No performance required. Just you, your breath, and a sound experience that does most of the work.
What happens on the night?
- A short welcome and walkthrough of the breathing technique so you know exactly what to expect
- A full guided 9D Breathwork journey — headphones provided
- Quiet time to rest, ground, and integrate before you leave
You'll be guided every step of the way. You can keep the breath soft and gentle, or explore more depth if it feels right. You're always in control of your own experience.
Who is this for?
This session was designed for you if:
- Your mind is always on and your body rarely gets a proper rest
- You're carrying stress, tension or emotional weight you can't seem to shift
- You've been curious about breathwork but don't know where to start
- You want to experience 9D before committing to a longer journey

What to bring
- Comfortable clothes you can lie down in
- A bottle of water
- A small pillow or eye mask if you have one (not essential — just a nice addition)
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin.
