Join Rowan, doula and antenatal educator, for an in-depth birth preparation course. We'll meet on Wednesday evenings in my home to help you and your birth partner(s) fully prepared for your labour/birth and the immediate post-natal period. We will cover a range of topics which roughly fall into the following categories-

-building a positive mindset with hypnobirthing technique
-your rights, decision making tools and advocacy tips
-exploring the role of birth partners
-birth planning
-what to expect in labour
-planning for the early postnatal period
