Freeze Release is a nervous system recovery journey designed to help you move out of shutdown, numbness, and disconnection.
When stress becomes overwhelming, the body can enter a freeze response, creating feelings of emotional flatness, low energy, brain fog, and a sense of being disconnected from yourself and the world around you.
Through a carefully guided progression of breathwork, body awareness, vocal expression, movement, and immersive 9D audio, this experience helps gently awaken the parts of you that may have gone quiet in the name of protection. Beginning with subtle sensation and grounding, the journey gradually restores connection to the body, activates your voice, builds momentum through rhythmic breathing and movement, and supports a return to embodied presence.
Rather than forcing activation, Freeze Release works with your nervous system's natural pace, creating a safe pathway from shutdown to aliveness. By the end of the experience, you'll feel more present, energized, connected, and grounded in your body, with a renewed sense of vitality, expression, and inner strength.

Who This /s For:
Ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stressed, or emotionally overloaded. No prior breathwork experience required.
What to Bring:
You'll receive step-by-step guidance in a calm, private small group environment. You may lie down or sit comfortably. are provided.
We will provide headphones and eye masks, yoga mats and blankets but, you are more than welcome to bring anything else you'll need to be comfortable laying on the floor for an extended amount of time. We recommend to bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared to relax and simply follow along.
To preserve the quality and safety of the experience, space is limited to 24 participants. Once full, registration closes.
A liability waiver is required and will be provided upon ticket purchase of the event.
