EMBODIED MOVEMENT:
Third Thursdays are Embodied Movement. This 90-minute class will focus on Embodiment - a nourishing evening of movement, awareness, and presence. Embodied Movement is a somatic movement practice that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence.
Drawing from somatic principles, energetic maps, and embodied consciousness practices, this monthly offering is an invitation to deepen your relationship with your body and awaken a sense of inner movement that ripples through all areas of life. Come as you are and explore what it means to move from within, in tune with the flow of life itself.
Through intuitive explorations, learn to unwind tension, align with your natural rhythm, and discover new pathways of ease and expression. Each session weaves together mindful movement, breath, and self-inquiry—creating space for release, renewal, and authentic expression. Sometimes soft and meditative, other times dynamic and enlivening, we will attune to the rhythms and energies moving through us, honoring the full spectrum of embodied experience.
