🎄 86th Annual Sedalia Chamber Lighted Christmas Parade🎄Join us for a beloved holiday tradition as we celebrate the 86th Annual Chamber of Commerce Lighted Christmas Parade!
This year’s theme is “America the Beautiful,” celebrating the 250th anniversary of our great nation. We invite businesses, organizations, schools, community groups, families, and friends to bring their creativity to life and help make this year’s parade a spectacular celebration of community and Christmas spirit.
💰 Cost per Entry: $30
Registration open from Oct. 1st - Nov. 15th
🏆 Judging
📍Judges will be placed on the West Side of Ohio.
Judged entries will be placed in one of the following categories:
- Walking Entry (includes horses or other non-motorized transportation)
- Motor Vehicle Entry
- Float Entry
- Band Entry
Entries will be judged on three key elements:
Creativity – Originality and overall presentation
Use of Lights – Effective incorporation of lights into the entry
Participation in the Theme - Whether you're celebrating the melting pot of culture, holiday traditions, American Landmarks, Sedalia history, patriotic theme or your own creative spin we can't wait to see the beauty of America through your eyes.
Since this is a lighted Christmas parade, we encourage every entry to make lights a prominent part of its display. The more spectacular, creative, and festive, the better!
