https://recordplay.live/tickets
Grab your friends, coworkers, or favorite competitive people and join us for an afternoon of music, games, food, and connection at Golfinity.
*There will be tables of 8 to a group, but we could always add more chairs if your group has more than eight people. If you don’t have a group, we will definitely get you in one! 😎
There will be a prize for Best 80s Costume so come dressed in your best 80s attire! For just dressing up and being a good sport, you will get entered into a raffle.
Record Play is not your typical music trivia night.
No “play a song, name that tune,”
No low-energy pub trivia vibe,
No need to be an ’80s music expert.
Everyone can contribute, whether you know every lyric or simply remember the music videos, movies, artists, and pop-culture moments that made the decade unforgettable.
👥 How It Works
Record Play is played in teams. Choose a team name, designate one person to submit answers from their phone, and work together as questions appear on the big screen.
Each round combines a team game with a live challenge. You might:
Match spoken lyrics with no cadence to the correct artist
Watch an ’80s music video and answer questions about what you saw like "what was the color of the car?"
Guess the movie from listening to a soundtrack
The faster your team answers correctly, the more points you earn. The top teams advance to live challenges and other audience-driven competitions for a chance to win prizes.
🎤 Autotune Karaoke | 🎶 Who Dat Iz | 💃 Dance Battles | 🪑 Musical Chairs
It is a chance to meet new people and build real connections without another round of forced introductions or awkward networking exercises.
Feel free to dress up for extra bragging rights!
🍗 Come Hungry Too
Sabalicious Wings will have chicken wings available for purchase during the event.
