7 Week Outdoor Fitness Challenge:
⌚Start & end Fitness test
? 1 fitness class per week for the 7 weeks.
Cost -
1️⃣ 7 week Outdoor Fitness Challenge - £40
2️⃣ Mountain day - £25 pp (numbers dependant)
Trained and guided by fully qualified mountain leader and fitness instructor with years of experience.
Sessions are to be held at Sherdley Park, every Tuesday 18.30-19.15 (from date above) ?⛰️
