In this beginner level course, students will begin by learning Hangul, the Korean alphabet, along with everyday greetings and expressions before moving on to simple sentence structures and essential vocabulary. Through engaging, real-life activities, students will practice reading, writing, and communicating in Korean while exploring Korean culture through K-dramas, K-pop, movies, and advertisements. By the end of the course, students will have a strong foundation and greater confidence using Korean in everyday situations!
The class format is Hybrid, which means that the teacher always teaches the class in-person at the school, but the students are welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom. Students will also receive the class recording in case they have to miss a class or just want to review what they learned!
