About this Event
This 45 minute multi-level, heart-pumping deep water workout consists of a warm up, running intervals, strength building exercises with a cool down stretch. Most of the exercises are performed using a buoyancy belt or pool noodle in water deep enough that you will not touch the pool bottom. The buoyancy belt or pool noodle will suspend you at shoulder level, allowing you to move freely & engage all your muscle groups. Deep water exercise is a highly recommended rehabilitation tool for injuries as well as an accelerated training method used by athletes & aquatic exercise fans. *This class does not require you to know how to swim, but have balance & comfort in the water.
*To purchase a package of classes at a lower rate, register for classes at https://coastalaquaticfitness.com/ using the promo package code. There is no up front cost to purchase a package. We ask that you use your package of classes within 90 days of your 1st class enrollment using the discount code.

*A class can be rescheduled only if 24-hour notice is given.
* Please sign up before 10pm to attend classes @ the 7am or 7:45am time slots for the next day. If a class has only 1 booking, it could be cancelled. If the class you’ve enrolled in is cancelled, we will contact you to reschedule.
