  • Anatomy & Physiology of the body (as it relates to Restorative yoga)
  • Yoga Anatomy of energy (breathwork, prana, chakras)
  • Yoga Poses (how to safely practice, cue and teach over 25 key Restorative poses)
  • Meditation (various techniques to understand how to tame and befriend the monkey mind)
  • Teaching methodology (how to sequence yoga classes for yourself and for your audience)
  • Personal Development & Self Care (self-inquiry, identifying habits, diet, sleep, how to use food to fight pain)
  • Professional Development (ethics, business, marketing, administration, resources and tools)
  • Practice Teaching (poses, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, class sequencing, practicums)

👉STEP 2: Reserve your spot now with your $250 deposit then we will contact you with your option to pay the remaining tuition—in full or with monthly payments.

One-Time Payment: $1747.00 + HST

  • $250+HST non-refundable deposit due now plus remaining payment of $1497+HST due on February 3, 2026

Payment Plan: $1921.00 + HST

  • $250+HST non-refundable deposit due now plus 3 monthly payments of $557+HST starting February 3, 2026
