It's a workout. It's outdoors. It's the sunrise. Join Arboretum Hill Club as they celebrate winter with fun free 31 minute workouts for all ages and all fitness levels.
Arboretum Hill Club: Since 2018, AHC has led over 410 free workouts for the community. Dress for winter success and join the Friday jam. Post-workout, come on out to the AHC Friday java social at Bridgehead (130 Anderson)
Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout 2026 for our community events, including our signature 28 Days Of Happiness in February. Follow us on IG, FB, X and Eventbrite
