Discover the creative possibilities of clay in our relaxed and friendly 6-week handbuilding & surface decoration course.
Suitable for complete beginners, returners and improvers, this course explores a range of pottery techniques without the physical demands of the potters' wheel, making it an accessible and creatively freeing way to work with clay.
Beginners will learn:
• Pinching
• Coiling
• Slab building
• Modelling & sculpting
• Surface decoration with coloured slips and mark making
Returning makers and improvers are welcome to develop their own self-directed projects with expert guidance throughout.
