Coach Jim will be taking the reins on our complete Beginner MMA Course.
Over six weeks, Jim will take you from the absolute basics and introduce you step-by-step to the fundamentals of MMA.
You'll learn elements of:
Striking — punches, kicks, movement and combinations
Wrestling — takedowns, defence and controlling your opponent
Groundwork — positions, escapes and submissions
Fitness — building the conditioning needed for MMA
Confidence — becoming comfortable doing something completely new
You don't need to already be fit.
You don't need to know how to fight.
And you definitely don't need to wait until January.
You just need to be willing to start.
