Calm your mind – energize your body – revitalize your spirit. Jennesis Yoga’s in person 6-hour Yoga Basics, Part I is an ideal way to begin your wellness journey. Classes are open to anyone interested in exploring a yoga practice. Learn the basics and benefits of gentle yoga poses in relaxing, slow-paced classes.
Yoga Basics, Part I embraces the roots of meditation, Sun Salutations, pranayama, (breath work), and popular asanas (poses). Students practice and learn the benefits of syncing body movements with breath. Techniques designed to calm the mind, energize the body and revitalize the spirit will also be practiced. Gain confidence, clarity, flexibility, balance, range of motion, mindfulness, and much more. Alignment tips will be shared for an improved practice.
Join in a safe, clean, health and wellness space led by Jennifer Worhle RYT, 300hr. 60-minute sessions are held for six (6) classes. Bring yoga props and your mat (available if needed). Small-sized classes with socially distanced students are in a private room with HEPA air filtration. Masks must be worn if not vaccinated.
