Regardless of if you’re a seasoned powerlifter, a novice CrossFit enthusiast, or someone who lifts casually to stay healthy for day to day life, this is a wonderful chance to come together with like minded people and celebrate a vibrant and healthy community.
We host this event in our Movement Therapy clinic off Locust Grove and Franklin in Meridian, and our team of talented trainers and practitioners will be there cheering you on and helping you crush some weight.
