Chef Oscar and Colors of Mexico's 5th Annual Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) dinner honoring our parted loved ones with authentic Mexican food, music, Ofrenda, music, performances, cultural information, featured drinks, Mexican candies, Ofrenda/memorial display, DJ, and dance & more.
Dias de los Muertos is a traditonal Mexican holiday celebrating our deceased loved ones.
You are welcome dress in calavera makeup or Day of the Dead costume.

Menu includes:
TLACOYOS de GARBANZO
(A traditional pre-Spain corn patty often eaten as a snack)
Corn dough patties stuffed with chick peas, onion, garlic, and cilantro and served with a creamy sauce
POZOLE ROJO de PUERCO
(A traditional Mexican red soup with corn and tender pork)Pork, tomato, hominy corn soup topped with onion, chili flakes, and lime
PIPIAN VERDE de POLLO
(Chicken with pumpkin seed sauce)
Roasted chicken thighs and vegetables dressed with green mole sauce made with toasted pumpkin seeds, fresh herbs, and chillis
ARROZ BLANCO CON ZANAHORIA Y CHICHAROS
(White Rice with Vegetables)

TAMALES de GUAYABA
(A traditional pre-Spain corn flour dough stuffed with guava and cheese and steamed in a corn husk)Tamales with guava and cheese
HORCHATA de COCO (COCONUT Drink)
Mexican-inspired coconut horchata. Rice and coconut are ground and soaked, then sweetened with condensed milk and spices.
JAMAICA (HIBISCUS TEA with STAR ANIS)
