Why "Dare to Self-Care"?
Self-care is more than a bubble bath or a spa day; it's about recognizing our worth, prioritizing our wellbeing, setting healthy boundaries, and building supportive communities. For many survivors of domestic violence and members of marginalized communities, self-care can be a powerful act of healing and reclaiming one's voice.
Together, we can create a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
