About the event
Experience the calming and restorative benefits of the 5 Needle Auricular Acupuncture Protocol (5NP), a gentle, research-supported wellness practice used for over 50 years to support emotional regulation, stress relief, nervous system settling, and overall well-being.
This protocol uses 1–5 tiny sterile needles (about the size of a cat’s whisker) or optional ear seeds placed on specific points of the ear to help the body shift into a more grounded, regulated state. Many participants report feeling calmer, more centered, emotionally balanced, and physically relaxed after sessions.
5NP has been widely used as a supportive wellness approach for individuals navigating:
- Stress & overwhelm
- Anxiety & emotional tension
- Burnout & nervous system fatigue
- Grief & trauma recovery
- Sleep difficulties
- Substance use recovery support
- General emotional wellness & self-care
Sessions are offered in a peaceful community setting using a solidarity model of care — creating accessible, low-pressure support without requiring participants to share personal details or engage verbally. What to Expect:
- 30-45 minute treatment in group setting
- Quiet, calming atmosphere
- Drop-in friendly
- No prior acupuncture experience needed
- Optional ear seeds available
- Sliding scale: $10–$30
- Registration encouraged (walk-ins may complete registration onsite)
Come as you are and give your nervous system space to breathe, rest, and reset.
