🏃♀️🏃♂️ 5K FUN RUN | JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST DIABETES! 💙This November, we’re moving for a purpose! Join us for our 5K Fun Run as we raise awareness about diabetes, encourage healthier lifestyles, and bring our community together for a day of movement, prevention, and hope.
Whether you run, walk, or simply come to support, every step matters.
We will also host a Health Fair with free health screenings, including blood pressure checks, blood glucose testing, basic health assessment, BMI check, and stress level assessment, along with helpful information and resources to support healthier lifestyles.
