For 55 years, the Harry E. Mangle Memorial Dinner has brought together Scouting supporters, community leaders and friends to celebrate leadership, service and the impact of Scouting. ⚜️ Join us for this special event as we honor William “Bill” Locher, Senior Vice President of Somerset Trust Bank, and welcome renowned geologist and educator Dr. Richard Alley as our keynote speaker. Together, we’ll celebrate the people and partnerships that continue to make a difference in the lives of young people throughout our region.
The 55th Annual Harry E. Mangle Memorial Dinner is more than a celebration. It’s an opportunity to recognize the lasting impact of Scouting and look ahead to the future we are building together.
