The legendary Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival returns to the World Pumpkin Capital for its 54th year, bringing two incredible days of giant pumpkins, art, music, food and classic fall fun to historic Main Street.Join us Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for one of California’s most iconic autumn traditions. Admission is free.
See the enormous champion pumpkins from the Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh Off, watch Farmer Mike celebrate 40 years of transforming giant pumpkins into incredible works of art, and catch the beloved Great Pumpkin Parade rolling up Main Street Saturday at noon.
Explore original work from 275 artists and craftmakers, enjoy live music and entertainment across four stages, dig into pumpkin inspired treats and festival favorites prepared by local nonprofit organizations, sip seasonal wine and craft beer, and enjoy family traditions including pumpkin pie eating contests, costume festivities, pumpkin carving and more.
Sunday also features the Made on the Coast local artists showcase and the 48th Annual Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Run.
Come early, stay all day and experience Half Moon Bay at its very best, surrounded by pumpkin fields, coastal scenery and the unmistakable spirit of fall.
