Want to become a barista? Train like one.
Welcome to the Zibetto 5-Day Private Barista Boot Camp — an intensive, hands-on training experience designed for anyone who wants to learn what it actually takes to work behind a professional espresso bar.
This is not a classroom-style coffee course.
For five days, you will train one-on-one with Emiliano and the Zibetto barista team inside a real working New York City espresso bar.
You won’t just watch demonstrations. You’ll work with professional commercial equipment, practice behind the bar, learn real café workflow, interact with customers, and experience the speed and expectations of an actual espresso bar.
Only ONE student is accepted per program, which means the training, equipment, and attention are focused entirely on you.
During the 20-hour program, you’ll learn:
- Espresso machine operation
- Grinder adjustment and dialing in espresso
- Dosing, distribution, and tamping
- Espresso extraction and troubleshooting
- Milk steaming and proper milk texture
- Cappuccino, latte, macchiato, americano, and other espresso drinks
- Introduction to latte art
- Drink-building workflow
- Speed and efficiency behind the bar
- Customer service and communication
- Working alongside experienced baristas
- Preparing drinks during real café service
- Cleaning and maintaining professional espresso equipment
- Opening, closing, and workstation organization
As your skills develop, you’ll begin applying what you’ve learned during real café service alongside the Zibetto team.
You’ll see real orders come in, prepare drinks, interact with customers, and learn how to stay organized and consistent while working in a real-world environment.

PROGRAM FORMAT
5 Days 4 Hours Per Day 20 Hours Total 1 Student Only
No previous barista experience is required.
This program is ideal for beginners, aspiring baristas, people preparing to apply for café jobs, hospitality professionals, coffee enthusiasts, and future café owners who want practical experience rather than classroom-only instruction.
Students who complete the full program will receive a Zibetto Espresso Bar Barista Boot Camp Certificate of Completion.
Please note that this is a Zibetto Certificate of Completion and is not an SCA certification or government-issued professional license.
