Join the Hornbuckle Foundation and our **Connections of Hope Outreach Team** on **Friday, November 20 from 8 AM–7 PM** for our **4th Annual Sleep Out in Solidarity**. Our goal is to raise **$10,000** to support the Connections of Hope Outreach Team as they provide resources, connection, and hope to our unhoused neighbors.Participants taking part in the Sleep Out are required to attend a **Zoom preparation meeting on Thursday, November 19 from 6–7 PM**. Once you register using our **Volunteer Sign-Up Form**, you will receive the Zoom meeting link and additional information.

**Don’t want to sleep out? You can still be part of the day!** We welcome volunteers to help with outreach, supplies, meals, setup, support, and other needs. Whether you spend the day, spend the night, volunteer for a few hours, donate, or simply help us spread the word—**there’s a place for you.**
