Whether you’re brand-new to aerial or simply curious to try something different, this is your opportunity to build confidence, discover new skills, and have a whole lot of fun in the air. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and adventurous spirit! 💫
💖 What to Wear & Bring
To help you feel comfortable, move freely, and stay safe, here are a few tips for getting ready:
👕 Wear comfy, fitted athletic clothing. Leggings or athletic pants that cover past your knees are ideal to protect your skin from friction with the equipment. Snug-fitting clothes are best so nothing gets caught while you move.
💇 Tie your hair back. Keep those locks secured and out of your face while you fly!
💍 Leave jewelry at home. Please remove all jewelry before class to protect both you and our equipment.
🔒 Skip the buttons and zippers. Clothing must be free of buttons, zippers, and other hard or protruding details that could snag or damage the aerial apparatuses.
💧 Bring your water! Staying hydrated is important, and we ask that you use a closed, sealable water container in the studio to help keep our space and equipment clean and dry.
