BMA's 40th Anniversary Conference is a celebration of legacy, leadership, and the power of storytelling in shaping Black influence across industries. Grounded in the belief that understanding where we come from is essential to defining where we’re going, this year’s conference explores the evolution of Black leadership across business, policy, and culture, while equipping the next generation to lead in an increasingly complex, global landscape.
Through dynamic panels, immersive storytelling, and action-oriented “Legacy Initiatives,” the conference will both honor the past and actively build the future by transforming BMAC from a moment of connection into a platform for sustained impact.

Obama Presidential Center Celebration
Immediately following the conference, guests are invited to gather in the Center's beautiful Sky Room for a celebration featuring food, drinks, networking and special access to one of Chicago's newest cultural destinations. As part of the experience, attendees will enjoy two hours of exclusive access to the Obama Presidential Center Museum.
The celebration will take place immediately following the conference from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
Tickets: $75
Optional Roundtrip Shuttle: $20
This special event is available exclusively to registered attendees of the 40th Black Management Association Conference. Capacity is limited, and advance registration is required. One (1) celebration ticket per guest, per conference ticket purchase.
