In memory of our founder Phil we are hosting a 1 day, Warhammer 40K, 2000 point RTT. The tournament will be held at Whitby Rifle Club and we are hoping to make it a fun day with some crazy army lists and for everyone to have some fun and remember Phil. All profits will be going to St Catherine's Hospice who looked after Phil so compassionately in his final days.
Because this is a personal fundraiser, tickets will not be on our usual platform but instead please email us at [email protected] with your interest in attending and we will send you a paypal payment request and follow up with a menu for lunch choices nearer the event.
Ticket price includes a sandwich lunch and tea & coffee. There will be bacon sandwiches available to buy for breakfast on the day as well as amazing home baking with all profits also going to St Catherine's. Please bring cash on the day for breakfast or snack food and merch, that way any donations can go straight to St Catherine's.
We hope to hold a small raffle and are hoping everyone will donate a raffle prize of some unwanted 'pile of shame' models, a bottle or anything geeky :) - anyone unable to attend is more than welcome to drop off Raffle prizes at Whitby Rifle Club in advance.
We look forward to seeing you for a great fun day of gaming.
Any queries please message us on here or email [email protected]
