About this Event
4-Week Pottery Wheel Class
Ready to spend some real time at the pottery wheel? Over four weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing while building your skills, making plenty of pots, and getting comfortable in the studio. Whether you’re brand new to clay or have some experience under your belt, this class gives you the time, instruction, and practice to grow at your own pace.
Each week, your instructor will introduce new techniques and guide you through the entire pottery-making process—from preparing and centering clay to throwing, trimming, decorating, and glazing your finished pieces. You’ll work on forms like cups, bowls, plates, and vases, with plenty of room to experiment and start developing your own style.
Best of all, class time isn’t your only time in the studio! While your class is in session, you’ll also have access to our weekly Open Studio hours for extra practice.
