About this Event
3xF is A by-invitation strategic forum bringing together C-suite and senior executives from global banks, fintech leaders, and investors to explore what financial services will look like in five to ten years - not as theory, but as a practical leadership challenge.
The agenda is built around three converging forces reshaping the industry: strategic autonomy and financial digital sovereignty for Europe, impact of artificial intelligence, and the rise of stablecoins and digital assets, examined through the lens of geopolitics, regulation, and technology together, not in isolation.
This is a thought leadership event, not a product showcase, no pitches, and no slides with code. The conversation is about strategic direction and future scenarios, competitive positioning, and the organisational capabilities that financial institutions need to develop now.
Speakers span global bank executives, fintech thought leaders, and VC perspectives on AI investment theses, with a deliberate focus on what leadership teams at major banks are grappling with, and what those ahead of the curve are doing differently.
Attendees leave with concrete scenarios and strategic frameworks they can bring into executive conversations, from a room designed to do one thing: think clearly about what comes next.
Note: Speakers announced on a rolling basis.

Keynote β "Digital Sovereignty: Signal, Substance, and Spin"
Host: Nicki Watt
Info: "Digital sovereignty" has become the dominant frame for how European financial institutions talk about resilience and strategic autonomy. But most of what's being bought under the sovereignty label is theatre β the right SKU, the right region, the right badge β without the architectural substance that would let an institution actually withstand the disruption it's meant to protect against. Drawing on cross-industry data and platform engineering work with regulated organisations, this talk separates sovereignty theatre from sovereignty substance, layer by layer, and offers a practical framework for auditing where strategic autonomy actually lives in a modern financial services stack.
