This event series is a grass-roots, locally-grown initiative brought to you by and countless other amazing CdM Village businesses, listed below. Thank you to our many CdM resident volunteers as well!
Occurring on the 3rd Thursdays of April, July, and October from 5-8pm, this unique event offers CdM residents, visitors, and other attendees a lively evening with open businesses throughout the village offering delicious food, live music, new offerings, sales, discounts, and community fun in exciting activations like pet events, meetup groups, classes, scavenger hunts, art exhibitions, and much more.
Family-friendly and made for everyone, attendees can discover new spaces and businesses while eating, shopping, and strolling through CdM Village (MacArthur to Poppy) in an open and lively setting. Walk, discover, and dine at local restaurants, collect passport points for special rewards, bring the kids and pups, enjoy pop-ups, specials, giveaways, and more. Experience all that our incredible community has to offer while we’re all out enjoying it together.
With its seasonal cadence, the business community aims to deliver immersive, dynamic, and memorable experiences for residents, visitors, and all attendees.
Each 3rd Thursdays event features open businesses, live music, family-friendly activities, scavenger hunts, open houses at the fire station, library activities, local specials, raffles, giveaways and much more. No need to RSVP or buy a ticket! Simply stroll through the village from 5-8pm and enjoy the many special activations exclusive to 3rd Thursdays!
The next 3rd Thursdays event is slated for October 16, 2025, and promises a festive fall celebration filled with Halloween fun, community charm, and seaside spirit.
