This local and statewide gathering of changemakers is designed to confront today’s most urgent healthcare disparities and light the way toward healthier communities.
SHINE empowers, supports, and connects local healthcare professionals, elected officials, nonprofit leaders, residents, and community stakeholders to share best practices, spark innovation, and drive actionable change.
This year's symposium features keynote speaker Sarah L. Szanton, PhD, RN, FAAN, who is Dean of the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and the pioneering mind behind the Neighborhood Nursing model of care.
SHINE 2026 is presented through generous support from G-Fiber and Huntsville Hospital Health System.
