This award celebrates a trailblazer within the ballroom community — someone who doesn’t just participate, but innovates. The Ballroom Vanguard Award is presented to the individual who has brought fresh energy, creativity, and fearless self-expression to every category they’ve touched. Whether through bold fashion statements, unexpected performance elements, or redefining category expectations, this honoree consistently pushes the culture forward while honoring its roots. Their impact is felt not only in trophies, but in inspiration.

3rd Award: The Community Pillar

This honor goes to someone who doesn’t just attend balls — they help hold the community up. Whether walking, judging, spectating, sharing the flyer, or simply showing up with unwavering energy, they are consistent, present, and supportive in every space.
