3rd Pathway to Hope Community Event

Join Second Baptist Church, under the leadership of Dr. Howard Washington, for our 3rd Pathway to Hope Community Event focused on suicide prevention, reducing stigma, and building meaningful connections within the Black community.

Hear from Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Dennis and Dr. Josephine Ridley as they share insights, research, and practical strategies for suicide prevention and having meaningful conversations about suicide.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Vendor Resource Fair, Lunch & Live Music by E-Flat: Connect with local organizations and community resources, enjoy lunch, and experience live music as we welcome attendees.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Pathway to Hope Program: Hear from Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Dennis and Dr. Josephine Ridley as they share insights, research, and practical strategies for suicide prevention and reducing stigma.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Vendor Resource Fair & Community Connection: Take time to connect with vendors, gather resources, ask questions, and continue conversations with community partners.
