Jollof- the beloved rice dish cooked in a delicious sauce takes on various forms, flavors and shades across many countries in West Africa. From Nigeria to Senegal, jollof rice has been and still remains a highly contested dish.

Saturday, March 12th, the biggest debate will finally be settled. "WHO HAS THE BEST JOLLOF?!?!?" You are invited to come out and participate in our annual blind taste test.

What is Blind Taste Test?

• 4 Different countries will be represented Saturday, March 12th at Amahle Bar and Lounge located1916 Bladwin St, Houston, TX 77002. NIGERIA, GHANA, SIERRA LEONE, CAMEROON.

• Each country will have its own designated station. Each station will be labeled by a specific color not related to the country. You will be able to vote once for the station you feel has the best Jollof.
