Join Peak Pelvic Health and MissionFIT Rehab & Performance for our 3rd Annual Women's Wellness event to learn about the services and resources available to you in the community to help you "Fill Your Cup." Cost is $55 and will include 1 free drink/flight ticket, hors d'oeuvres, learning from keynote speakers and networking with woman owned businesses and local health and wellness businesses. You will also have an opportunity to hear speakers on topics that include menopause, nutrition, sleep hygiene, metabolic health, brain health, and so much more.
We are SO excited to have a powerhouse group of women coming together again! You can check the announcements page for a list of participating keynote speakers, schedule of events/itinerary and updates as we get closer to the event.
