The University of Maryland School of Medicine Center for Research on Aging is pleased to announce the Third Annual Andrew P. Goldberg, MD, Memorial Lectureship and Poster Session on Tuesday, Dec. 1.The keynote address at 1 p.m. will be "I Don't Bounce Back Like I Used To: Aging and Resilience," A Bio-Psych-Neurocognitive-Social Perspective on Resilience, from Heather Whitson, MD, MHS, from Duke University School of Medicine. The address will be in Leadership Hall in the Medical School Training Facility (MSTF), 685 W. Baltimore St.
A poster session and networking reception will follow from 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m. in the Atrium of MSTF.
Faculty, trainees, and students from all fields and disciplines at the University of Maryland, Baltimore; University of Maryland, Baltimore County; and University of Maryland, College Park and beyond are invited and encouraged to attend and share your aging-related research work during the poster session.
