This introductory course provides a hands-on overview of desktop 3D printing for adult learners and hobbyists. Participants will explore the fundamentals of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing technology, including printer operation, basic workflows, and common applications. The course covers locating and evaluating free 3D printable models, as well as using slicing software to prepare digital designs for printing. Participants will also discuss individual project goals and learn how 3D printing can be utilized to create practical and creative solutions. No prior 3D printing experience is required.Tuesday, November 3
