Learn the basics of 3D printing and create decorative details for your clothes such bespoke buttons or buckles. In this workshop you will learn how to take an idea a concept to a finished 3D-printed prototype you can hold in your hand.
You will come away from this session knowing:
- The basics of 3D design: How to create a 3D model in free, beginner-friendly Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- How to slice your project: How to prepare your digital model for the physical world using slicing software.
- Printer operation: How to set up the 3D printer to successfully bring your custom sample print to life.
