About this Event
In this fun, hands-on drawing class, students will learn step-by-step how to create a fascinating 3D-looking landscape using lines, perspective, patterns, and shading.
Students will create a bold black-and-white checkerboard design that gives the illusion of depth and space. They will then add a beautiful nighttime scene with a moon, stars, and trees to complete their artwork.
Students will learn how to:
- Use perspective to create the illusion of depth
- Draw a 3D artwork using simple lines and shapes
- Create a checkerboard pattern
- Use shading and contrast to make the illusion stand out
- Explore optical illusion techniques
This class is perfect for young artists who love drawing, creativity, and learning fun new techniques!
