The 3CX V20 Advanced Certification training will provide valuable insights and hands-on experience with 3CX Version 20. Each participant will be given the opportunity to take their 3CX certification exam at the end of the training day!
The renewed 3CX Academy covers the latest product developments, including AI, transcription, call handling, system administration, configuration and best practices. Certification is based on a multiple-choice exam.
