36 Sati Savitri Nivasa

36 Sati Savitri Nivasa chronicles the lives of three middle class women as they go through important milestones in life. The story follows how their predictable lives are turned upside down when an unusual candidate takes residence in their apartment. This play explores sisterhood, old age, loneliness and friendship. It is also an ode to the beautiful chaos of everyday life, including TV serials and cinema. Featuring music, dance and plenty of humour, this production celebrates the strength and resilience of women in a patriarchal society.
