35th Annual Women in Business Conference at Harvard Business School

The 35th annual Women in Business Conference is one of the largest and most anticipated student-led events, uniting nearly 1,000 current and future leaders across industries. Hosted by the Women’s Student Association, this conference provides an inspiring platform for dialogue, connection, and empowerment.

This year’s theme, “Rewrite the Rules”, challenges us to reimagine what leadership looks like in a rapidly changing world. Together, we’ll explore how women across sectors are reshaping business, culture, and community through innovation, authenticity, and resilience.
