ABOUT US – 35th ANNIVERSARY

Join us as we celebrate the 35th Annual Millennium Builders Awards Banquet on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM. This year's gala will spotlight exceptional leadership in construction, engineering, business, and government. We will honor outstanding Industry Leaders who are building a more inclusive and innovative future across the professional services and construction sectors.

The Millennium Builders Banquet has become known as a premier networking event, bringing together multicultural contractors, corporate executives, and strategic community leaders. We invite you to attend and encourage you to bring your suppliers, clients, and business associates for an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition, and connection.

We also invite you to support the event by purchasing ad space in our 35th Anniversary Souvenir Booklet, a valuable opportunity to showcase your business and support a great cause.

STEM EDUCATION FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

The United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA) proudly supports the next generation of innovators through its STEM Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) initiative designed to elevate underrepresented minority students in Chicagoland and beyond.

The STEM program aims to inspire curiosity, exploration, and excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics by exposing students to real-world challenges and professional career paths. By connecting youth to USMCA member firms in construction and professional services, the initiative creates meaningful pipelines to college and career success.

At this year's banquet, we will proudly present STEM Foundation Scholarships to selected students. These deserving students will be in attendance to receive their awards and share in the celebration.
