🕊️ 33rd Annual Peace & Unity March 🕊️Join us as we unite to honor the lives of those lost to violence and stand together for peace, healing, and hope in our community.
In 1994, youth from Watsonville organized the first Peace & Unity March to confront the violence impacting our neighborhoods. What began as a grassroots movement has grown into a long-standing community tradition that brings together families, youth, elders, and organizations committed to creating a safer future.
For 33 years, the Peace & Unity March has provided a space for families of victims and community members to remember loved ones, raise their voices against violence, and support one another in solidarity.
This year’s event will feature community speakers, an open mic where families and community members are invited to share words of remembrance, healing, and hope, followed by time to gather before and after we march together in unity through our community.
