The regular season may be finished, but the biggest weekend of the year is still ahead.
For more than three decades, racers and race fans from across Ontario have made their way to Peterborough Speedway for three days of qualifying, feature racing, championships, traditions and some of the most sought-after victories in Ontario short-track racing.
Welcome to the 33rd Annual B&G Towing Autumn Colours Classic, Peterborough Speedway’s Super Bowl of Stock Car Racing.
🍂 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8
ACC Move-In & Weekend Kickoff
Thursday is traditionally the beginning of the Autumn Colours weekend, with teams and registered campers arriving before racing begins Friday.

Only guests with confirmed camping reservations should plan to enter the camping area. If you still need accommodations, hotel information is listed farther down in this event.

Friday begins the three-day Autumn Colours Classic weekend.
Race teams can expect a busy day at the track.
Friday schedules have included technical inspection and practice before evening qualifying and racing.

🎟️ Advance Tickets
Grandstand tickets have traditionally been available in advance through the Buy Tickets option on the Peterborough Speedway website, with tickets also available at the track on race day. Peterborough Speedway
🔧 Pit Passes
Pit passes are purchased in person at the pit gate and also provide access to the grandstand area. Peterborough Speedway
📱 SpeedWaiver
Anyone entering the pit area should be prepared to provide a completed SpeedWaiver.
A current 2026 ACC waiver link will be shared through the Speedway once available. Peterborough Speedway
🏎️ WHAT MAKES AUTUMN COLOURS DIFFERENT?
If you've never attended Autumn Colours before, this isn't a regular Saturday night race.
ACC brings together hometown favourites, touring racers and teams from across Ontario for an entire Thanksgiving Weekend of racing.
The event has become Peterborough Speedway's marquee season-ending event, with prestige and bragging rights on the line and competitors chasing an Autumn Colours Classic victory.
The Trailers Plus Ontario Legend Car Series is already scheduled to compete during the 2026 ACC weekend, including a Friday non-winners event and a Sunday 30-lap championship final.
The GEN3 Electrical SportsMods presented by OMRS will also conclude their 2026 season on Friday, October 9 during ACC.
More division announcements and the complete competition schedule will be released as the event approaches.
CAMPING SOLD OUT | LOCAL HOTEL OPTIONS
Our ACC camping area is SOLD OUT, so anyone travelling into the Peterborough area should book accommodations as early as possible. Thanksgiving Weekend availability can disappear quickly.

🎒 WHAT CAN I BRING?
Peterborough Speedway's current fan information allows guests to bring their own food and drinks into the speedway, but:
- Bags, coolers, backpacks and purses larger than 14" × 14" × 14" are not permitted.
- No glass containers are permitted.
- No outside alcohol may be carried into the speedway.
🩺 FIRST AID
Trained medical personnel are on duty during racing events.
The Speedway's first aid station is located in the pit area beside Tech Lane. Grandstand spectators needing assistance should contact staff at the main tower food concession.
