Interested in volunteering or donating locally this Thanksgiving season? We are currently in need of:
🍗TURKEYS! (Please make sure turkeys are cooked and cooled prior to dropping off at the Community Center on Monday, 11/23, 2–5pm)
🍁VOLUNTEERS for PREP DAY
Join us on Wednesday, 11/25, 2–6pm. Tasks include: peeling and cutting up potatoes, cutting and packaging pies, filling cranberry sauce cups, and cutting up turkeys. (Pizza will be provided to volunteers afterwards!)
🌟KID VOLUNTEERS for PREP DAY!
All ages are welcome to join our Snack Pack on Wednesday, 11/25 4–6pm. Tasks may include: breaking down boxes (jumping on them), filling cranberry sauce containers (please dress accordingly), cutting up potatoes using kid-safe cutlery, and clean-up crew. An adult (18+) is required to attend with their kiddo. Please call Katie at 518-774-4801 for more information.
💛VOLUNTEERS & DRIVERS for THANKSGIVING DAY
Join us as early as 8am on Thursday, 11/26 as we prepare for dine-in and takeout meals. Ongoing help will be needed throughout the day, so come whenever works best for you! Tasks include: kitchen help, wait staff, runners, clean up crew and drivers. PLEASE NOTE- all drivers operate on a “first in, first out” basis.

As this community meal is a non-profit event run by volunteers, donations of any size are greatly appreciated. Checks may be made out to the BSCTM or Ballston Spa Community Thanksgiving Meal, and mailed to: 92 Middle Street, Ballston Spa NY 12020.
