About this Event
You’re invited to join the Commonwealth (VA) Chapter and the James River Valley Chapter of The Links, Incorporated for our annual Healthy Walk—a morning of movement, healthy living, and fellowship!
This year, we will gather at Dorey Park and venture from the park to the Virginia Capital Trail. Following the walk, participants are invited to visit the nearby Dorey Park Farmers Market to shop for fresh local fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, and artisan items.

The Links, Incorporated has a celebrated history of advocating for positive change and Link Up The Vote is a testament to our unwavering commitment to social action. By actively engaging in voter registration, information, activation, and voter mobilization, we are not only exercising our civic duty, but we are also empowering others to do the same.
At our Walk this year, we are providing helpful non-partisan voter registration polling information.
For the past three years, the James River Valley (VA) Chapter has partnered with the Women in the NAACP (Henrico Branch) to ensure voter awareness information is available at our events and to conduct Voter Registration. The NAACP is a national partner of The Links Incorporated.
