About this Event
You care about your people. You don’t want to be the bad guy. So you give it time. You hope they’ll figure it out. You hope it resolves itself.
That’s the Hope and Pray Method, and it’s costing you more than you think.
Being nice and being kind are not the same thing. Nice protects your comfort. Kind protects your team. In this 2-hour interactive session, you’ll learn the three mistakes nice leaders make, and you’ll practice what kind leaders do instead.
Who it’s for: Any leader, soloprenuer, entreprenuer, prospective leader, or leadership fanatics.
Your facilitator: Dr. Isa Karabed, DSW, is the Founder and CEO of Karabed Leadership Group. She is one of five finalist to the Emerging Kindness Leader - Start Up Awards. She has spent 18 years in the homeless services sector, and her USC doctoral research found that unresolved workplace conflict, not burnout alone, is the core problem for frontline leaders. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified DISC Trainer.
