- Understanding instruments: gongs, singing bowls, chimes, -shakers & voice
- Specific basic gong & bowl techniques (striking, rolling, rhythm, dynamic control)
- Holding space and setting clear intentions
- Grounding techniques & safe energy work
🕰 Saturday – Structure, Flow & Technique
- Building your sound journey: beginning, peak, integration
- Advanced techniques with gongs and singing bowls — creating layers and movement
- Layering instruments with intention and precision
- Guiding groups safely through sound experiences
- Practical sessions: leading and receiving
🕰 Sunday – Leading a Full Session
- Creating a complete group sound healing session
- Reading and responding to group energy
- Feedback, fine-tuning your skills, and creating flow
- Integration, closing circle & certification of participation
👩🏫 Guided by Aistė Li
Aistė Li is an experienced sound therapist, psychologist, and teacher with a deep passion for creating safe and transformative sound journeys.
She has been teaching gong and sound healing since 2019, offering trainings regularly at least twice a year.
Many of her students in Denmark and Sweden are now skilled and active sound practitioners, known for their strong playing techniques and grounded presence. Aistė’s teaching style combines technical clarity, deep energetic understanding, and gentle guidance, making her trainings both highly practical and soulfully inspiring.
