Join Quick2Consult LLC for our 3-Day Advanced Quality System Design (QSD) Training—an immersive program designed to help quality professionals strengthen and sustain world-class quality systems within consumer products manufacturing.
Building upon the foundational principles introduced in the 5-Day QSD program, this advanced course explores specialized topics including Quality Incident Elimination, Error Prevention, Validation, Process Control, and Contractor Quality Management. While completion of the 5-Day course is beneficial, it is not required to attend.
Originally developed in collaboration with the P&G Europe Quality Leadership Team, the Advanced QSD program continues to evolve through ongoing collaboration with P&G Global Material Development & Supplier Operations (GMDSO) Quality Leadership to reflect current manufacturing practices, emerging quality system expectations, and practical implementation strategies. The course is specifically designed for P&G suppliers, contract manufacturers, and quality professionals responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Throughout this highly interactive three-day program, participants will engage in instructor-led discussions, practical exercises, and real-world case studies that can be immediately applied within their own organizations.
