Building on the 5-Day QSD Foundation
While the 5-Day QSD program provides a comprehensive understanding of the original P&G QAKE 19 Key Elements framework, the 3-Day Advanced QSD program focuses on deeper exploration of selected elements and their application in manufacturing environments.
Originally developed in collaboration with the P&G Europe Quality Leadership Team, the Advanced QSD program continues to evolve through ongoing collaboration with P&G Global Material Development & Supplier Operations (GMDSO) Quality Leadership, reflecting manufacturing practices, quality system expectations, and practical implementation strategies.
Advanced Technical Learning Areas
The program emphasizes four critical areas of quality system performance:
- Quality Incident Elimination (QIE): Strengthening methodologies for identifying, investigating, and preventing quality incidents, with particular emphasis on eliminating recurring issues and improving corrective and preventive actions.
- Preventing Mislabel, Mispack & Miscode Errors (MMM): Exploring preventive controls, risk-reduction strategies, and practical approaches to minimizing product identification, packaging, and coding errors.
- Validation & Change Control: Examining detailed validation methodologies, structured change management processes, and approaches for maintaining quality system integrity throughout manufacturing changes.
- Process Control: Strengthening process monitoring, control strategies, and systematic approaches to achieving consistent manufacturing performance and preventing process-related quality failures.
Practical Application and Interactive Learning
Designed for P&G suppliers, contract manufacturers, and experienced quality professionals, this interactive program emphasizes practical application through instructor-led discussions, real-world case studies, and collaborative workshops.
Participants will explore how advanced quality methodologies can help:
- Strengthen existing quality systems and preventive controls.
- Reduce recurring quality incidents and manufacturing errors.
- Improve validation, change control, and process consistency.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Better align quality system practices with applicable customer and regulatory expectations.
Training Delivery and Materials
The program will be delivered entirely in Mandarin Chinese by experienced QSD instructors Wendy Wang and Lu Jie.
Participants will receive professionally prepared training materials in both English and Chinese, providing valuable references for continued application within their organizations.
The training supports suppliers and manufacturing partners in strengthening quality system capabilities while addressing applicable customer quality requirements, including P&G Quality Assurance Agreements, Contracts, and I-Quality expectations.
