The Advanced Quality System Design (QSD) program builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in the 5-Day QSD course and is designed for experienced quality professionals seeking to further strengthen quality systems within consumer products manufacturing.
Originally developed in collaboration with the P&G Europe Quality Leadership Team, the Advanced QSD program continues to evolve through ongoing collaboration with P&G Global Material Development & Supplier Operations (GMDSO) Quality Leadership to reflect current manufacturing practices, emerging quality system expectations, and practical implementation strategies.
Designed for P&G suppliers, contract manufacturers, and quality professionals, this highly interactive course focuses on practical application through instructor-led discussions, real-world case studies, and collaborative workshops. Advanced topics include:
- Quality Incident Elimination
- Preventing Mislabel, Mispack & Miscode Errors
- Validation & Change Control
- Process Control
- Contractor Quality Management
The training will be delivered entirely in Mandarin Chinese by experienced QSD instructors Wendy Wang and Lu Jie. Participants will receive professionally prepared training materials in both English and Chinese, providing valuable reference materials for continued use within their organizations.
Completion of this training helps suppliers, contract manufacturers, and other supply chain partners strengthen existing quality systems while supporting compliance with industry and regulatory expectations, as well as applicable customer quality requirements, including P&G Quality Assurance Agreements, Contracts, and I-Quality expectations.
